Note from the Principal's Desk
We hope all of our North families enjoy the upcoming long weekend! As a reminder, there will be NO SCHOOL Monday, October 12th, in observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day. We look forward to welcoming everyone back on Tuesday!
📅 Parent-Teacher Conferences: Families may now begin scheduling Parent-Teacher Conferences by contacting our school office. Conferences are a wonderful opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher, celebrate their progress, and discuss ways we can continue working together to support their success.
🎃 PBIS Pumpkin Drop: Our students are also working toward earning their way to our annual Pumpkin Drop! To participate, students must have fewer than two discipline referrals during the qualifying period. We are encouraging everyone to continue making positive choices and showing those Redbird expectations!
Thank you for your continued support and partnership. Have a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable long weekend! ❤️

🎃 Halloween Classroom Celebrations
We’re excited to celebrate Halloween at North! Students in 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grades may wear costumes and enjoy classroom celebrations on October 28th. 4th grade will wear costumes and celebrate on October 27th due to their field trip on the 28th.
Students may wear costumes to school. Please no inflatable costumes, masks, full-face paint, or weapons. Costumes should be school-appropriate and manageable for students to wear throughout the school day.
Families are invited to join the classroom fun! Due to limited classroom space, attendance is limited to one family member per student. Anyone planning to attend must complete our volunteer form by October 23rd. Teachers will share celebration times and additional details. We look forward to celebrating together!
