News from the Nest 4/17/26

We are so proud of our 5th grade students for their hard work and effort on the Illinois Science Assessment (ISA)! They showed perseverance and focus, and we appreciate the way they took this important assessment seriously.
As we move through April, students are working hard to attend our Student vs. Staff Basketball Game on Friday, April 24th. Students with zero discipline referrals from April 8th–24th will be able to attend—keep up the great choices, Redbirds!
A quick reminder that we will have an early dismissal on Wednesday, April 22nd, with students being released at 12:25 PM. That evening, we hope you can join us for our 4th and 5th Grade Spring Concert at Hatheway Hall at Lewis and Clark Community College beginning at 7:00 PM. Our students have been working hard and are excited to perform!
